Callenberg Castle (''Schloss Callenberg'') is a castle on a wooded hill in the Beiersdorf district of Coburg, six kilometres from the city centre. It was a hunting lodge and summer residence and has long been the principal residence of the House of Saxe-Coburg and Gotha and is still owned by Andreas, Prince of Saxe-Coburg and Gotha. A large and architecturally important family chapel is contained within. Due to its history and neo-Gothic architecture it is a listed monument. Since 1998 it has displayed the ducal art and furniture collection and from 2004 it has also housed the German Rifle Museum (''Deutsches Schützenmuseum''). ==External links== *(Website of Callenberg Castle ) * (Official Website of the Ducal House of Saxe-Coburg and Gotha ) category:Castles in Bavaria category:House of Saxe-Coburg and Gotha 抄文引用元・出典: フリー百科事典『 ウィキペディア(Wikipedia)』 ■ウィキペディアで「Callenberg Castle」の詳細全文を読む スポンサード リンク
